how the custom order process works
1. fill out the form
submit a custom order form with your inspiration, sizing, need-by date, contact information, and all requested details.
2. we review your request
forms are carefully reviewed, and we’ll contact you by text message if we have any questions about your design, measurements, or deadline.
3. receive your quote
once your request has been reviewed, you’ll receive a custom quote based on your design, materials, details, and deadline.
4. pay your invoice
your order is not confirmed until your invoice has been paid in full. the sooner payment is completed, the sooner your order can be added to our production schedule.
5. production begins
after payment, we’ll purchase the necessary materials and begin creating your order.
6. your order ships
orders paid for before sunday are scheduled to ship by thursday of that production week. once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days.

how will i receive my quote?
once your custom order form has been reviewed, we’ll send your personalized quote directly to the phone number you provided. if we have any questions before pricing your order, we’ll reach out by text first.
do you sell just the iron-on transfers?
yes! if you already have your own jeans, you can order a custom luxe iron-on transfer that’s ready to apply at home. simply upload your inspiration, provide your measurements, and we’ll create a custom transfer just for you.
how much do custom jeans cost?
every design is priced individually based on the artwork, materials, placement, printed images, and overall level of detail. after you submit your custom order form, you’ll receive a personalized quote before making a payment.
how long does production take?
orders paid for before sunday are scheduled to ship by thursday of that production week. orders paid after sunday may be scheduled for the following week’s production. once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
do you offer rush orders?
yes! rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on our current schedule and your requested deadline. selecting rush production does not mean you will get it, you may be refunded if it is unable to ship in time
can i return a custom order?
because every item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
