before you begin
- make sure your jeans are clean and completely dry.
- place your jeans on a hard, heat-safe surface.
- remove any wrinkles by preheating the area for 5–10 seconds.
- turn off the steam setting on your iron.

applying standard vinyl transfers
1. position your transfer exactly where you'd like it on your jeans.
2. place the included parchment paper over the transfer.
3. using the highest cotton setting on your iron (no steam), press firmly for 15–20 seconds. do not slide the iron.
4. allow the transfer to cool to touch but still hot.
5. slowly peel away the carrier sheet.
6. if any edges lift, cover with parchment paper and press again for another 5–10 seconds.

applying printed transfers
1. carefully remove the printed transfer from its backing.
2. place the transfer onto your jeans in the desired position.
3. cover the design with the included parchment paper.
4. press firmly using the highest cotton setting (no steam) for approximately 30 seconds.
5. allow the transfer to cool before checking adhesion.
6. if needed, repeat for an additional 10–15 seconds.

care instructions
- wait at least 24 hours before washing.
- wash inside out using cold water.
- use a gentle cycle.
- hang dry whenever possible.
- do not bleach.
- do not iron directly on the design.

how does the custom order process work?
begin by submitting a custom order form with your inspiration, sizing, need-by date, contact information, and all requested details. once we review your submission, we’ll contact you if we have any questions and send you a custom quote. after your invoice has been paid in full, your order is added to our production schedule and we begin creating your custom piece.
how will i receive my quote?
once your custom order form has been reviewed, we’ll send your personalized quote directly to the phone number you provided. if we have any questions before pricing your order, we’ll reach out by text first.
do you sell just the iron-on transfers?
yes! if you already have your own jeans, you can order a custom luxe iron-on transfer that’s ready to apply at home. simply upload your inspiration, provide your measurements, and we’ll create a custom transfer just for you.
how much do custom jeans cost?
every design is priced individually based on the artwork, materials, placement, printed images, and overall level of detail. after you submit your custom order form, you’ll receive a personalized quote before making a payment.
how long does production take?
orders paid for before sunday are scheduled to ship by thursday of that production week. orders paid after sunday may be scheduled for the following week’s production. once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
do you offer rush orders?
yes! rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on our current schedule and your requested deadline. selecting rush production does not mean you will get it, you may be refunded if it is unable to ship in time
can i return a custom order?
because every item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
